We package and ship orders Monday to Friday and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (usually faster). Some of our children's and GRATI beauty shipments may take up to 10 days (usually faster). Exceptions may occur if there is a question or issue with your order, in which case we will contact you directly. Please note that weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.

Tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after tracking information has been assigned.
To provide the fastest service, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing the tracking information for each item.
