An item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in original unused condition with tags still attached, or as originally shipped to the customer. All sale items, presales, bralettes, and accessory items are FINAL SALE!
To initiate a return or exchange, please request below, and include the order number, item you would like to return, and reason for the return or exchange.
You will be sent a return label, and it is the customers responsibility to print and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges past the 7 day mark. You must inform us of ALL items that will be included in your shipment as we need to confirm that the order qualifies for return or exchange.
Refunds can take between 3-5 business days after the item is received, and will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. Any additional shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
If you are sending a return from an order purchased through Sezzle, please note that your refund will be in the form of a GRATI shop e-gift card, and you are still responsible for you Sezzle payments.
