Return Policy
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY INCLUDED - Items purchased between November 16-December 25th are eligible for return or exchange for store credit until January 31st. Any order placed after December 25th will fall into our regular return policy (An item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within 7 days of receipt)
- All sale items (this includes discounted items and clearance), home, and accessory items are FINAL SALE! (This includes items purchased during the Holidays)
- We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange on items that are damaged, have been visibly worn, smelling of perfume, or returned past the the timeframes listed above.
- Please note that all returns must be sent out or dropped off at our storefront location with original tags.
- Warehouse items MUST be in their original packaging (including any packaging containing the item sku). *There will be a 20% restocking fee for warehouse items that are not returned in original condition with original packaging,
Please note that we are a small business. We are not Walmart or Target. Please do not give us a hassle or treat us like our big box store competitors. We have thought through this policy carefully, and it is what works best for us.
Refunds can take between 3-5 business days after the item is received, and will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. Any additional shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
If you are sending a return from an order purchased through Sezzle, please note that your refund will be in the form of a GRATI shop e-gift card, and you are still responsible for you Sezzle payments.
