Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

An item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within 7 days of receipt.

  • All sale items (this includes discounted items and clearance), home, and accessory items are FINAL SALE!
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges on items that are damaged, have been visibly worn, or returned past the 7 day mark. 
  • Please note that all returns MUST be mailed back in their original packaging with original tags (including any packaging containing the item SKU). *There will be a 20% restocking fee for warehouse items that are not returned in original condition with original packaging.
  • You must inform us of ALL items that will be included in your shipment as we need to confirm that the order qualifies for return or exchange. 

To initiate a return or exchange by mailing, please request below, and include the order number, item you would like to return, and reason for the return or exchange.

You will be sent a return label, and it is the customers responsibility to print and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label. 

Refunds can take between 3-5 business days after the item is received, and will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. Any additional shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. 

If you are sending a return from an order purchased through Shopify Installments, please note that your refund will be in the form of a GRATI shop e-gift card, and you are still responsible for you installment payments.
